Cumulus - F 1867
Hi, and welcome to my website. Here is where I have charted the progress of the restoration and rebuild of Firefly number 1867 - 'Cumulus' Although I bought the hull in 2003 from Rickmansworth Sailing Club, where she had been lying in the boat shed growing dust for the previous fourteen years, it was only in February of 2005 that I had the time and garage space to turn her into a racing machine once again. The first day of work was the 27th of February 2005, with her finally being launched at the Hamble open on the 16th July. A big thanks goes to Will for all his help - I could not have got it finished without him. Dave was also a big help and moral guidance - Cheers boys.
