11th July - my birthday!

The gap in the diary here was due to a holiday relaxing, sleeping and windsurfing in Italy.  It is here that I have to give huge thanks to Will - whilst I was sunning myself he put three coats of hibuild paint onto the epoxied hull, saving me three days.  A true legend and I would never have got the boat finished on time without his help - cheers mate.

So the pictures here are after the hibuild had been sanded, showing through to the epoxy at some points.  Again this was done for about 7 hours on each side with the board to get the hull as fair as possible.

I look grey from all the hibuild dust.  If I had time I would have washed out the garage, but had to live with it.  The first coat of paint was a bit dusty!
