15th July - the day before the first sail.  I must confess to 'working from home' on this day.  If not the boat would never have been ready on time.  This was by far the longest day working 16 hours solid.  The boat was finally packed up at 1.30 am, thanks to the help of my now pregnant wife Abigail (yes, I was making babies as well as boats, no wonder I was knackered!!) and my crew Elaine.

The sign came from wet and wild graphics in Hamble, about £25 but looks good.

I wanted to make my own foil, but ran out of time so bought an Alan Powel one and finished it myself.  I didn't have time to sand the epoxy on this so it was a bit rough for the weekend.
