Order of work is as follows:

1. Clean and remove old fitting
2. remove paint from hull (nitromores)
3. created jig to hold hull shape during rebuild
4. remove deck ply
5. remove varnish from inside
6. remove transom, make new one and replace
7. repair hull delamination
8. remove centre board case
9. make new centre board case
10. insert new case and align
11. remove tanks
12. insert new foredeck struts and then remove old
13. remove old side decks
14. insert new deck ply, thwart etc
15. seal with epoxy
16. flat board the hull, sand, sand and sand some more!
17. fair keel band and stringers
18. seal with epoxy
19. Hibuild and sand again
20. Repaint black and sand
21. Varnish inside
22. refit and go sailing!
